Blue Waters Management Joins Forces With
iPass, Inc. To Resell Virtual Network Services
Plymouth, Minn. - January 20, 2003 - Blue Waters
Management, LLC announced an agreement today in which Blue Waters
Management will offer its customers iPass Corporate Access™
using secure connections over the Internet via toll-free or local
lines. This agreement, which also leverages each company’s
relationship with enterprise companies, is expected to result
in thousands of users dialing up the easy-to-implement and manage
iPassConnect™ remote access client.

Blue Waters has begun offering iPass services
to its customers in Minnesota and plans to widen distribution
later this year. The company will soon offer a managed hosted
version of iPass for businesses interested in the ASP model. iPass

to the network is available through a single client interface,
iPassConnect, which is compatible with multiple devices including
